Sponsorship and exhibition

Join us at our 2022 Conference

The Stroke Society of Australasia invites you to participate in the Annual Scientific Conference in 2022 to be held as a hybrid event at the Te Pae Convention Centre from 31 August – 2 September 2022 in Christchurch, New Zealand.

We have designed the theme of ‘Connections. Excellence. Equity’ to reflect the reconnection of the best clinical and research minds and celebration of research despite challenges of Covid. The theme also reflects the rebuild of Christchurch as a city since the Earthquake in 2011 and provides an exciting opportunity for attendees and sponsors to explore the rejuvenated City while reconnecting with one another.

We are expecting 200 in person attendees and 300 virtual from a wide array of professional background. Stroke Society of Australasia conference is an interdisciplinary conference and will attract stroke physicians, surgeons, radiologists, speech pathologists, neuro interventionist, dieticians, social workers, stroke network managers and coordinators, clinical psychologists, basic and advanced researchers, registrars, university lecturers, staff and students.

The conference will include invited presentations from renowned international and national speakers, a scientific programme based on peer-reviewed submitted abstracts, expert updates, and debates around current controversies in stroke care. Sponsored sessions are available; please check the package details for eligibility.

We recognise the importance for exhibitors to have ready access to delegates and have prioritised this accordingly, with attending delegates congregating in the display area for all day catering breaks as well as the Welcome Function. Virtual sponsorship is included and available for those unable to attend in person. The virtual platform will remain live for 3 months post event for added value.

We look forward to your contribution to the 2022 Meeting in Christchurch and learning more about the products and services that you offer.
